Mary Kate Hebert (Bollman), DVM, is veterinarian who is residency trained in Internal Medicine at MedVet New Orleans, where she’s been a part of the team since 2023.
Dr. Hebert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Louisiana State University. She then earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Following earning her veterinary degree, Dr. Hebert completed a rotating small animal medicine and surgery internship at VCA Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center and VCA Shoreline Referral and Emergency Center. She then completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine.
During her training, Dr. Hebert developed a special interest in endocrine, infectious disease, and gastroenterology. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is that there is always more to learn and she is never bored. Additionally, she loves the relationships she develops with her patients, and those with clients, as they work together to diagnose and treat their pet.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Mary Kate Hebert (Bollman) enjoys running, cooking, and watching LSU football (Geaux Tigers!).
