Aaron J. Rozental, DVM, MS, Diplomate, ACVIM (Neurology), is a Board-Certified Veterinary Neurologist at MedVet Silicon Valley, where he joined the team in 2024.
Dr. Rozental completed his undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology from Michigan State University, followed by earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Rozental completed a small animal rotating internship at Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners, a neurology & neurosurgery internship at Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle, and a research internship in neurology at Colorado State University. He further advanced his expertise by completing a residency in Neurology & Neurosurgery at Colorado State University, where he also earned his Master of Science degree.
In addition to his clinical endeavors, Dr. Rozental has co-authored veterinary articles and studies published in various publications including Cancer Research Communications, Journal of Veterinary Pharmacology and Therapeutics, American Journal of Veterinary Research, and Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Rozental has a passion for treating infectious diseases and hopes to continue his research on the endocannabinoid system and cannabidiol (CBD). He finds great fulfillment when dogs are able to walk again after surgery.
During his free time, Dr. Aaron Rozental enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, and cooking.
