Adrienne Felix, DVM, Diplomate, ACVECC is a Board-certified Specialist in Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care at MedVet Commerce and has been a valued member of the team since 2025.

Dr. Felix earned her Bachelor of Science degree in veterinary science with a minor in chemistry from the University of Arizona and went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine. She continued her education by  completing a yearlong small animal rotating internship at Veterinary Specialty Hospital of the Carolinas, in addition to a residency in emergency and critical care medicine at Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital.

Although interested in all aspects of veterinary emergency medicine, Dr. Felix has a particular interest in sepsis, polytrauma, and heatstroke. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is seeing critically ill animals get better every day and ultimately being able to go home to their families.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Adrienne Felix enjoys cooking, concerts, traveling, women’s soccer, University of Arizona sports, plus spending time with her family that includes a Chihuahua Pug mix plus two cats.
