Megan Tischbein, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Urgent Care in Sandy, where she has been a member of the team since 2024.
Dr. Tischbein earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in biology and a minor in math from Colby College before attending Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
Dr. Tischbein has a particular interest in urgent care and geriatric/hospice care. One of her favorite aspects of working in veterinary medicine is the variety each day brings, along with the chance to meet remarkable companions.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Megan Tischbein enjoys backpacking, crafting, and running.
