Kaitlyn M. Daigle, DVM, is a Veterinary Surgery Resident at MedVet Columbus, where she has been a part of the team since 2024.
Dr. Daigle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in animal science from the State University of New York at Cobleskill. She then pursued her passion for veterinary medicine, obtaining her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. To further enhance her expertise, Dr. Daigle completed a rotating medicine and surgery internship at the North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine, followed by a specialized internship in surgery at Veterinary Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Group.
Dr. Daigle has a profound interest in all aspects of surgery, including minimally invasive procedures and wound management, with a special focus on orthopedic surgery such as cranial cruciate ligament repair, fracture fixation, and joint replacement. She is passionate about advocating for her patients and improving the quality of life for pets and their families.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Dr. Kaitlyn Daigle is an avid reader and published poet. She also enjoys staying active and spending time with her partner and their many pets (three dogs and three cats).
