Abbie S. Kaufman, DVM, is a veterinary intern at MedVet Cincinnati, where she has been part of the team since 2024.
Dr. Kaufman earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry from Xavier University. She then pursued her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Long Island University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she served as the Student American Veterinary Medical Association (SAVMA) Chapter President.
While her passion for veterinary medicine spans all its facets, Dr. Kaufman holds a special interest in companion animal medicine. She finds genuine fulfillment in strengthening the human-animal bond by collaborating with families to provide their pets with the best possible care.
Beyond her dedication to patient care, Dr. Kaufman enjoys baking, cuddling her two beloved felines, hiking, and exploring new cuisines.
