Emma Welker, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Diley Hill, where she has been a part of the team since 2024.
Dr. Welker earned her Bachelor of Science degree in zoo and conservation science and biology, magna cum laude, from Otterbein University. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She also received the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) Certificate of Clinical Excellence in 2024.
Passionate about all aspects of veterinary medicine, Dr. Welker has a special interest in One Welfare and surgery. She finds the most fulfillment in using creative solutions and problem-solving skills to improve the lives of animals and people.
Outside of work, Dr. Welker enjoys camping, cooking new recipes, CrossFit, gardening, exploring wetlands, and spending time with her husband, pets, family, and friends.
