Alan Ludwikowski, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Columbus.
Dr. Ludwikowski attended Pennsylvania State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences. He then earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Following earning his veterinary degree, he completed a rotating medicine and surgery internship at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Ludwikowski enjoys all aspects of emergency medicine, with a particular interest in traumas and cardiovascular unstable patients. He is passionate about working with high-acuity emergencies that require emergent resuscitation and stabilization. Dr. Ludwikowski particularly enjoys working in a multi-specialty hospital that can meet any of our patients’ needs, while setting the standard for veterinary emergency medicine.
When not treating patients, Dr. Alan Ludwikowski enjoys spending time outdoors with his Newfoundland, Mabel, traveling, and weightlifting.
