Michelle Mordukhaev, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian with MedVet Hilliard where she has been a part of the medical team since 2023.
Dr. Mordukhaev earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from CUNY Queens College. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine, completing her clinical year at North Carolina State University. She is currently pursuing a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (CVA) from Chi University.
Dr. Michelle Mordukhaev has a special interest in soft tissue, oncology, anesthesia and analgesia, exotics, and client education, especially with explaining disease progression and treatment options so clients can make better-informed decisions for their pets. She loves how quickly veterinary science and research is growing which provides continuous learning about any given specialty and the opportunity to be an eternal student.
In her free time, Dr. Mordukhaev enjoys hiking, cooking, playing guitar, traveling, and knitting. She has two pets, a cat named PJ who she adopted while in vet school in Grenada, and a Chihuahua named Nova.
