Suzanne Ellis, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Dayton where she has been a member of the Emergency Team since 2018. Dr. Ellis attended Ohio University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then attended The Ohio State University and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Following her graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Ellis spent 11 years in general practice.
Since 2013, Dr. Ellis has focused her practice on Emergency Medicine. Dr. Ellis maintains an interest in all aspects of emergency medicine with particular interest in trauma emergencies. She enjoys working with the various specialists at MedVet to provide the best possible patient care and outcomes. Dr. Suzanne Ellis serves as the department head for Emergency Medicine at MedVet Dayton.
When not treating patients, Dr. Ellis is interested in biking, hiking, knitting, and traveling.
